Farewell Fort Collins!

I'll be heading out tomarrow for Gardner Colorado. My internet time will become a very limited thing. Perhaps every week or so. I'll be living where I go to attend Sun Dance. I go there humbly to work on making our planet a better place for all of us. I go there to pray, and reflect on lifes problems, so as to find solutions. I will give you my snail mail address, if you would care to send a card some time. P.O. Box 304 Gardner CO. 81040
Here are the global coordinates so you can see my house!! 37 50' 13.23"N, 105 06' 10.09"W I love google Earth. Just type in those exact symbols, and hit fly to. It will take you directly to my roof! The circle you see to the left of my house is The Sun Dance Arbor.
I do look forward to seeing if any of you will send old fashioned mail. It'd make for good reading on cold nights.
Sorry bout the audio. But keep checkin back! I'll be posting who knows what next.
Be well all,

Down To The Wire

Well everyone. It's down to crunch time on my new Odyssey. I am so looking forward to complete solitude. I am also looking forward to ceremony time. I will be living where I go on Hanblec'a now, and this will make it all the more spiritual for me. Not to mention the regular Inipi ceremonies.
I will try and keep a posting going on here, although most of you who do visit, say nothing. I do appreciate your patronage to my site.
Last day will bring final thoughts and some pictures.
Be well all,

Getting To Know My Past...

This is going to be the cherry on my cake called life.
On that mountain top peak behind me is the Medicine Wheel. Look at the smile on my face. It's all I want, is to smile like that abundantly!

My time on this planet is getting better as I connect to the planet. I do so in revrence to Her. I will go be part of the planet, Unc'i Maka, and live in the dome. I will continue to walk the C'unka Luta Was'te.

How do you like the lamps? It's what I'll have to use at night at Atzlan, up on The Green Horn. And those covered oil lanterns? Potty lights. I found a set of 2 at Habitat For Humainty Building Thrift Store. PLUG PLUG PLUG!
Be well all!!! I AM! Brodda! I AM!

A Long Awaited Move

It is with the greatest of anticipation I say this...You are looking at my new, permanent home. I made a promise to myself years ago. I told myself that if the state of the world got so bad, I'd drop completely off the map. Well. It's time to do just that.
The place that this dome house is at is a very spiritual place. It's where I go to support Sun Dance every year.
Going off the grid is a bit complicated. There is absolutly no electricity, and running water is only running in the stream that the spring feeds. Here. Let me put it simply. The people in this world are getting too dangerous for my taste, so I'm moving permantly to a safe and secure home.
Finding me on the internet is going to change too. Rather than being every day I log on, it'll more likely be every month. I will have my phone, and it works there on 2 bars, so I'm not totally cut off. If you want my personal phone #, respond by giving me a contact E-Mail or phone to call.
All of my friends...This has been a long time in comming, but I can assure you there are much better things for us in the very near future. You'll see. I leave Ft. Collins for Southern Colorado on the 16th of December. So I'll be in and out till then.
Be well,

Tachi & The Snake

This is what a baby rattle snake can do to your dog. Tachi got bit right at the end of his curious little nose. The picture that he is panting in was just 5 minutes before the snake bit him. The other was 6 hours after.

He's doing great thanks to Lili, who made a special oil for him, & all of you who prayed for Tachi!
Thank you all!

A Play On Names?

Hey everybody,

Meet Shilah. She is a 6 year old, pure breed, blue heeler.

Here's the thing. I found a posting for this dog on Craigs List. I went to meet her a few days ago, and all she wanted to do was bite my hands. I put the kabash to that right away, and she went on with her regular routine. The people who were fostering Shilah, were more afraid to let this dog go than the dog was, but we decided to let her have a 3 day sleep over at my place here on the farm. She showed up yesterday, and has yet to explore all the commings and goings here at the farm. SHE LOVES IT! The best part is she has not even thought about this biting thing since she showed up here.

Now for the real wierd part. My wife left me to go live with her daughter, and start a "New Life". My wifes daughter is named Shila. (Pronounced Shilah) I don't know. Maybe it's just me, but I have never before meeting this dog, met anyone with the name Shila, with my wifes daughters name being the exception.

Strange things still going on...

Be well,
